Speed % here is 100×(source÷target) — the classic “film in PAL” 24→25 case is 96%. Pitch values are 12·log₂(target÷source) semitones when duration follows that speed (no time-stretch pitch correction).
Semitones: positive = raised pitch when the clip is sped up to target rate without pitch processing; in the NLE, “pitch-corrected” +speed removes this in cents.
2:3 pulldown (2-3-2-3) maps 4 film frames to 5 video frames (24 → 30). For 30p, the pattern repeats per 5-frame group.
